DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

The Carnivore Diet (carnivorediet.iamjeffco.com) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, and copyright holders.

This website functions as an independent digital directory, search index, and curation platform. All audio, video, podcast feeds, and visual assets indexed on this platform originate from public feeds and are embedded or streamed via official, authorized third-party player frameworks (such as the official YouTube IFrame Embed Player and standardized podcast distribution feeds).

No media files are hosted, stored, cloned, or redistributed on our private servers.

In accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy of promptly responding to written notices of alleged infringement and delisting content when requested.

1. Notice to Content Creators & Rightsholders

If you are a creator whose content appears on this platform, our inclusion of your work is intended to drive discovery, web traffic, views, and official subscriber conversions back to your channel or podcast. Because we utilize official player embeds, all views, ad impressions, and watch-time metrics accrue directly to your original account.

However, if you prefer not to have your public content curated or indexed in our directory, you do not need to file a formal legal action. You can simply submit a Delisting Request, and we will honor it promptly.

Fast-Track Removal / Delisting: Contact [podcasts-legal@servicedirectoriesinc.com or contact form link] with a link to your content on our site, and we will remove the listing within [24–48] hours.

2. Filing a Formal DMCA Takedown Notice

If you wish to submit a formal notification of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must include substantially the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Identification of the infringing material: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Specific location on our site: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the specific URL(s) on carnivorediet.iamjeffco.com where the material appears.

Contact information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Designated DMCA Agent Contact

Please send all formal notices to our designated agent:

(Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.)

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to Section 512(g)(2)–(3) of the DMCA. Your counter-notification must provide your name, address, telephone number, the specific URL removed, a statement under penalty of perjury agreeing to federal jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Technical Opt-Out (YouTube Creators)

If your content appears via the official YouTube embed player, you maintain complete administrative control over where your videos can be embedded across the web:

In your YouTube Studio, navigate to Content > Video Details > Show More > Embedding, and uncheck the box labeled "Allow embedding".

YouTube’s player will instantly prevent playback on all external domains across the internet, including this site, with zero manual intervention required.
